Complete the Order Form
Be sure to include all of your important information and your design preferences. If you need more information regarding paper type and size, please let us know. You may order a sample pack if you would like to preview the paper finishes that we have available. You may request 1 design to be proofed for. Colors, fonts, and wording can be changed on any design. If you would like to order a panel card and the design you select does not include a back design sample, we will add one at no additional fee. However, an additional fee of $10 per design choice will be added if you would like to see another design option. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid prior to your design work up.
Custom Designs
Changes to a sample design other than colors, fonts, or wording are considered a custom design. WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS.
Upload your photos
Upon completing the form, you will be taken to the "photo upload" screen. Include any and all photos that you think might work for your card. We like having lots to choose from! There is only space to upload 4 photos on the form, but you may complete the "photo upload" form as many times as is necessary to send us your pictures. We will crop and edit ALL photos (unless you request that we don't) for exposure correction, blemish removal, black/white conversion, etc. Extensive photo editing like removing background images, converting colors of blankets, etc may require an additional fee. Please contact us if you have questions about this.
Receive your proof!
Our typical turn around time to receive your proof is 24-48 hours. Peak business times like the holiday season may have a longer turn around time, but we will be able to give you an estimate as to when you should receive your proof after you complete the order form. Designs are modified and edited to match your preferences and pictures before we send you your proof. When your proof is ready, we will email you a link to download your proof. We will provide 3 free rounds of edits or changes to your design selection. Additional changes will be $10 per proof.
Ordering and Payment
As soon as you approve your final proof, you will be sent a checkout link. We use paypal to process all payments. Paypal also accepts all major credit cards. As soon as we receive your payment, your cards are sent to print. You cards will arrive within 3-5 business days after we receive your payment. If you need them faster, please ask about express shipping.
